That paper has people accused of a crime! Not mofo people convicted of crimes~usually~ so it is a bs paper. I agree with z. So all you idiots saying "don't do crimes to not be in the paper" ummmm the cops will arrest you if you are innocent or not. They do what they want and it's about money. Then those a holes that have the 1.00$ paper are profiting on people maybe guilty. A paper with CONVICTED people is different. Once anyone sees someone's mug shot, they automatically assume they are guilty. So that paper should be boycotted. Really.

The Crossville Chronicle has published arrest reports for years. They also publish court reports indicating what people were convicted of and the sentences they received. They just don't publish pictures. Many of the names I see in "Caught Up" are very familiar to us from seeing them so regularly in the court reports we read in the Chronicle.

and God also gave us East Tennessee Mugshots so we can see all the stupid things certain stupid people do around here, and refrain from having any contact with them. I dont live in fear of them, i pity them for having their pix taken, some of them once per week. No Duma@@, the paper is not accusing anybody of a crime, it just simply states what they did to get into the "HOTEL" and be a guest of our fine, justice system. The cops usually dont arrest some unless they can trump up charges, or find things, but the other ones deserve what they get.

I have a much funnier point to bring to this forum. After scrolling through the new busted "idiot lawbreakers" i found a woman who was accused of shoplifting and it looks as though she was totally naked. How funny. I bet Barney Fife got a big kick out of taking those pictures.

I for one have seen amber proffitts picture in caught up more than anyone else's i've seen in a while,sometimes 2 or 3 in same paper,but never heard of her doing more than couple weeks at a time,ever, in jail.Don't know how some get away with all these charges she has.

The reason is because she looks around for other people to tell on Curtis Selby, Isreal Cox, etc. Her husband Travis Proffitt and his brother Wayne and cousin Tweety do the same thing.
