We just actually moved and got the bundle through frontier. Our first "normal" bill is 120. I say "normal" because your first bill is double that. Something they failed to tell us was that they bill a month ahead. That doesnt include all the movie channels and stuff either. For all the goodies it would probably be between 20 to 30 dollars extra. We go through them because thats the only place that offers it where we live. We really studied up on it, and Volfirst seems to be the best by a long shot. Unfortunetly they stop at the vet clinic on 127N and we live off tabor, so we werent able to use them. They have a website. Just google: Volfirst crossville tn, and you can see their prices.

Probably would. This is honestly the first time weve even had phone service, and we dont even really use it. We always use our cell phones. Weve recently had some attempted break-ins in our neighborhood though, and now have an alarm system. If we didnt need our phone line for that, then we probably wouldnt have it.

You pay $60 a month for a phone that you can't call out on?

I have been with Frontier for a couple of years myself. I have the "Digital Phone Bronze" service which is $24.99. Yes,i can make and receive phone calls.
I had DSL Lite for $19.99 but i just increased to DSL max for about $20 more per month. The modem rental is $4.50 a month.
I have Charter basic cable that i pay $24.99 a month for.

The grand total for all of my services at this time is just under $100. Very likely i will be dropping cable tv for internet tv (mostly why i got the faster internet).

Frontier is an excellent service provider. VolFirst has like two technicians so you better hope you don't have any sort of problem...which I would almost guarantee you will have! All you have to do is call Frontier and discuss your bill and they will give you the best deal possible.

I told Frontier about a problem we were having with our bill. Candace told me there was nothing that they could do there in the office but to call some 1800 number. She wasn't helpful at all!

think im gonna call them n tell ill have to cancel if they cant get me a better deal and see if they offer me anything to stay with them. ive heard sometimes all have to do is call a company's customer service and they might work with you. does that ever work?

gonna be moving to nashville next fall so i dont really want to have to start a contract with a different carrier

i get my phone, internet and satelite dish through frontier. my phone is unlimited long distance and i have no problem with the internet service and dish satelite is all channels except the movie channels and my bill is $112.00. now dont take any of the free stuff they offer for so many months what they dont tell you is if you forget to call them and cancle all the free stuff they will charge you the rest of that year because you didnt call you agree to that contract. tell them you just want all the channels except any of the pay channels and the unlimited long distance on your phone. of course if your like me i didnt need long distance because i never use anything but my cell phone it might be a little cheeper that way.

I have had billing problems before and Candace is very helpful; she couldn't fix it but told me how and what to say. I also understand that they can't do billing adjustments in the office so that's not candace that is Frontier's policy and every company has a different policy so maybe you should think about that!

I would disagree. We had Frontier for 7 years and had nothing but problems from the time we had internet. Constant disconnections, lag, having to reboot the modem at least once a day.

Volfirst on the other hand, we have had for 2 right now and any problem we have had (which have been rare) was handled quickly and efficiently. Friendly people that do anything they can to make it right. The only way we would go back to Frontier is if we HAD to.

Who is the dark haired (with some grey) man that works for Frontier? Maybe 6 foot tall. Very nice looking middle aged. Does anyone know?
