The house on Northridege Drive is very modest-likely a tear down but the five acre lot is nice.
The 4350 sq ft is small and it is old now--hardly million even in its best day. The Mooney lake property was the keeper but DH let it go.
The GMAC debacle is classic stupidity--they don't care because of the bailout that taxpayers have to absorb. Got a foreclosure from them where they countered my full price offer with a lower counteroffer! Totally crazy....

Absolutely, lets not forget all the employees he screwed out of their last checks, health care and customers he screwed out of title repayments. While he and Chrusti hid assets, sold them, stole the kids trust fund money.

So the ultimate con man ends up conning himself.
He conned and screwed people and now he screwed himself right out of his home. The only bed he's gonna need anyway is in a prison somewhere.

Let's all pity poor Denny. Except that he was a lying cheating skunk that has committed a lot of crime and should not have a dime left as his prosecution has cost a lot more with his lies and cheats after being caught.

Poor old Denny.

I don't understand how the trustee sold the house to Ralph Thomas for 75,000 and then because Thomas didn't record his deed the trustee is claiming an interest in the property again. What did the trustee forget he sold the house for 75k or something. That's just bad faith lawyer crap. Id like to sell my house twice too but I know better. I thought the article said foreclosure wipes out the claims of those who didn't redeem. Sounds like the trustee didn't do that either. This is why bankruptcy trustees should not be paid a % of what they collect. It rewards making junk claims. Reminds me of a slip and fall case in the grocery store.

Actual jobs may be in your future Heckers. Retail management? Service industry? At least the kids have trust fund- what? Denny raided those? Never mind.

Christi, You were always too good for Northfield. Now look at what a sad mess your life has become. Was it worth it for a closet full of Jimmy Choo shoes and salon-brand hair products?? Bet your teenage daughter is so proud of what you have accomplished in the past two years. My heart goes out to her and your young son.
