Who's compound is that? Not Hecker's. How can someone borrow all that money and consider themselves wealthy?

Denny this is what happens when you lie and decieve. Had you been honest with your dealings and truly showed you gave a crap I would guess the judge would show you a little leniency. You have not earned he right to leave your home confinement due to your multple breaches of trust. Enjoy the soap operas because you are living one right now.

Throw this turd in jail !!! Any "regular" citizen who's been making a laughing stock of the court system would have been in jail 6 months ago.

Contempt, obstruction of justice, wire fraud, mail fraud, forgery, tax evasion, money laundering, hiding assets (in Aspen storage, with ex-father-in-law, with girlfriend).........

He must have a big stash of cash hidden up there that he wants to get at before the bankruptcy trustee liquidates the place. It's a lot tougher to get at that hidden cash when you're under house curfew I guess. Bummer!

Thank you so much!! We are so glad we won't be seeing Denny mooning us while we are having lunch with our children at The Ole Wharf this summer!

About time they crack down. And, when are they going to put his vacation home in Cross Lake on the block? He claimed bankruptcy and it's not his main home.

The Judge is finally coming alive.... after being jerked around for the past year by Hecker's Attorneys.... He is as much a flight risk as Mr. Petters -- who has been sitting in JAIL for a while!!

I can get you out of the house and off to that permanent vacation you were thieving towards. There’s only one small detail involving your pitiful life. Let’s do lunch and work out the detail(s).

One would think Denny would be happy confined to his 8,000 square foot home, because it is all a matter of time until he is confined to an 8X8 cell. Enjoy it while you can Denny.

Devil walks into OfficeMagic, starts loading up on notebooks, pens, highlighters, clips, ink cartridges.

clerk says, "hey, man, you sure it's safe for you to be handling paper? like, you know, it can burn?"

devil says, "got to keep taking notes while my man is still performing well. he says "tell 'em all Denny sent me."

Denny's dilemma, how does one dig up the cans when the ground is frozen and even worse how can you know where to dig when you can't go there? Anyone notice any mysterious "bonfires"??
