This lawyer knew better. The judge gets his cut or you get in trouble. Every illegal dollar handled by the courts a judge gets his share. They are the devine kings. This is the only way they can afford the travel all over the world. Kickbacks to the judge. He knew the cost of each judge. He works with the system. Why didn`t he just bribe the judge like all the others do? We know judges can not get by with government salaries and state open checkbooks alone.
Any bets on what kind of litigation turned jerry so bitter? I'm guessing it was a divorce.

I am currently a client Mr. Lyons. While he undoubtedly made a significant error in judgment, he has been completely up front with me and others about this incident and furthermore, he has worked tirelessly on my behalf against the credit card company who more or less ignored my fraud claim until I sued them with his representation. He has represented hundreds of consumers like me against faceless corporate entities and oblivious, inept credit reporting agencies who routinely break the law and ignore the legal rights of their own customers. When someone living with you steals your identity and forges $27,000 in cash advance checks behind your back and Bank of America simply tells you to pay up and hangs up on you, Tommy Lyons is the lawyer you call. He is considered by his peers, the U.S. District Court judges he appears in front of, and his clients to be one of the finest, if not the best, consumer lawyers in the country. This fact was conspiculously left out of the article, in my view.

I know Tommy personally and have been in the recovery field for years, the guy is a dirt bag who twists the law rather than do what is right. he is a typical attorney, no morals and no soul

Tom - You should not be posting about your own story. The 'Nancy' name doesn't hide who you are. This is what you get for acting the way you have. "He is considered to be one of the finest..."? Give me a break.

It is absolutely not Tommy posting here. I am a real client of his that is very grateful for his help in successfully resolving my case. The cynics posting here are simply mistaken in thinking otherwise. Not once did he "twist the law" or do anything else that I considered morally or ethically wrong. A U.S. District Court judge recommended Tommy to me.

I see that the younger Tom Lyons is a scum bag just like his attorney father Tom Lyons. Obviously he is full of crap and a lair just like his old man. I know the old man has pulled some bs on some cases in the past - yes let's urge people to lie on the witness stand ....

Like father - Like son. Both are scammers.
