Preliminary Hearing Rescheduled in Cole Camp Triple Murder

A preliminary hearing for the man charged with killing a couple and their granddaughter in Cole Camp has been rescheduled for later this month in Benton County Circuit Court.

Check out case #04cr695543-03. In the same county probation for molesting a 22 month old girl. The law works in mysterious ways.

Isn't it sad that he gets first-degree murder by all rights it should of been Capital Murder. What is wrong with this picture? Guess it wasn't their family. This will be tied up in trials and courts forever and the ones he has killed well they are gone. HE SHOULD SUFFER......come on with all the legal stuff....

According to what I see on casenet, this guy should have been in prison. Our justice system has failed to protect us once again.

This is such a horrendous tragedy. Poor family, and to think it was done by a family member. Absolutley horrific. And from what I hear, another perpetrator may still be at large. So scary. I grew up very close to where this happened. My heart and prayers go out to all their loved ones, and the whole community. I hope he and anyone else involved die and/or rot in prison and/or hell.

What the hell, hows come the Judge allows so many continuances in this case, are they wanting to continue it until everyone forgets why they went to court when it finally takes place.

The suspect won't have to get the death penality, he will die in prison of old age before they ever have the preliminary hearing. Maybe if they wait long enough some of the witness's will also die of old age, along with the judge and every damn body else. Hell maybe if they wait long enough everyone else will develop alzheimers disease and forget about the case altogether.
