He used to work at the mall as a jerk and now I think he works for the city of Winchester as a jerk. Anyone know him and think he's a jerk?

I knew him from the Apple Blossom Mall. He is a jerk. I don't know anyone that liked him. Very hung up on himself. There was a rumor he was fired for taking money on the side but I'm not really sure.
