East Grand Forks Cafe 1940's?

Hoping someone out there can help me with this. My grandparents(Albert and Loria Ducharme) owned a small cafe in East Grand Forks in the late 1940's possibly to the early 1950's.
It was called 'The Minute Cafe'. I've been told it was right in the area where Cabela's now stands.
I can't find info - pics - absolutely nothing on it. Does anyone out there know anything, or have 'older' parents that might remember this cafe?
Thank you so much in advance!

What you need to do probably is look at the City Directory for Grand Forks and East Grand Forks. There are quite a number of years available. I've viewed these through Ancestry.com . I too would like to see photos from the '30 and '40s for DeMers Ave. The Minute Cafe was on DeMers Ave and there were a number of bars and cafe's close to the river.

There are some varied historical photos of EFG here.

Albert and Loria had a cafe at 117 Demers. The city directory doesn't show them in 1945 nor in 1953. They lived at 807 5th Ave S and 420 6th AVe S in EGF in 1948 and 1951. Hope this helps.

It was called the Mint I've seen it on a picture at Whitey's.
My grandparents leased it in the late 40's.
