This incident was shocking and disgusting. I hope these individuals are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law (and that the judges follow-through!). These young people in our country need to feel challenged, especially the young males. They cannot enrich their lives if they stay in their small town, living-off mummy and daddy with nothing better to do but take drugs, commit theft, spray paint street signs and apparently commit atrocities against defenseless animals. Send them to the U.S. Marine Corps for a couple of years (if they'll accept them at all). They'll take the snot-nose, spoiled, self-centered aspects out of them-guaranteed. This, of course, depends on the wisdom of their over-protective parents who weren't properly raised/disciplined to begin with. Take responsibility, parents!!
