The town council voted unanimously Tuesday to approve a new labor agreement with one of the town's biggest unions, more than 15 months after the old contract expired.
Apparently, the town employees and teachers of Newington aren't familiar with stalking techniques such as the NPD and other law enforcement types that are well-versed in such activities.
Looks like no one was harassed, followed, surveilled, hacked, eaves-dropped on and otherwise, terrorized.
