What happened to this place? They used to treat everyone so well, now they are rude and treat everyone the way DSS does, like you are worthless. They all act like there poop don't stink and they hate their job!

Maybe they are tired of seeing the same people over and and over again every 3 months again and again for the last 7 years of your life since you graduated high school. Bouncing between them, Dss , snowbelt, the food pantry ect. It is supposed to be tempoary assistance a step up not a permanent way of living your life.......just a thouggt from a frustrated volunteer.

volunteers are not supposed to be judgmental. if you don't like what you're doin it's time to move on.

No, the losers that keep taking advantage of these places that help people need to move on!! As stated in other comment, its temperary assistance not a way to live! The money is there for people who need it!! we got it once and it took a lot of BS just to get it and it should be easy but the workers are just doing thier job, Its the scum that makes it hard to get!! make the people without jobs work for their assistance!!

well its great to volunteer but not great to look down on people and judge being mean to someone will not make them change it makes you look horrible as a person maybe it is time for you to move on.a true volunteer only wants to help people not run them into the ground.and on a trasy public site.shame on you.

The CEO there treats the employees so bad that they pass it on to the community.

Everyone who receives assistance and "can not" find a job should be made to go to places and volunteer there time. Give back to the community then maybe people would learn some values

I agree so many people take advantage of assistance from places like them, DSS, etc... just play the system while fully capable of working.
However, don't judge everyone who needs some help- such as those of us with major illness' and disabilities who are unable to work. I believe these agencies were meant to help those of us in such situations, so please don't group us all in one category such as lazy users.
