New Restaurant

Has anybody heard anything about the new restaurant that is going in the old Dawson Meat Market Building? I'd like to know the scoop on that!

I guess John Moore has something to do with it. Well thats one way to get rid of that building. He'll just burn it down when he cant pay the bills.

another restaurant? that is just what dawson needs. one opens, one closes, one opens, one closes. If it were not for the many, many churches and restaurants in town, the people of dawson springs would have no where to go.

Dawson wouldn't need another restaurant, if they had one with decent food.

That seems to be what happens there. Same old same old, over and over. Will they ever do anything????? Advice there from one 'big mouth' is to "keep your friends close and you enemies closer". How do you tell the difference in DS?????

I think someone said it was supposed to be "fine dining" I don't know many people in Dawson that eat at fancy restaurants or maybe it's just me that doesn't.

John Moore also bought the house on the corner of Hamby and Hospital Road. Just where does an out of work police officer get the money to buy a house and start a business at the same time? No No NO it can’t be drugs. Not in Dawson.

All of that money has to be coming from somewhere,maybe it comes from burning things down and collecting the insurance money,I'm no detective or anything but that looks suspicious to me also.

from what i've heard around work, the new restaurant is gonna be a "country type" dine-in with live entertainment every week. i think they also said something about an open buffet. you can tell it's gonna be a country type place considering both the cowboy & cowgirl silhouette's they have around the front door. if it was me, i would have kept the barbecue pit there instead of tearing it down, it could have been something like "rita's" in nortonville.
