He is a great coach. I'm sure you are just mad because your child didn't get as much playing time as you thought she should have. Trinity girls were lucky to have him. He never did anything to hurt us. I can not say that about other coaches. At Trinity I have seen coaches lie, steal and send inappropriate texts to girls, but they keep those coaches for a long time.

It takes a computer and a couple beers in you to get on here and complain, it takes a bachelors degree and alot of sacrifice to coach.

<quoted text>I have watched a lot of games infact I've watched the past 5 years and seen nothing wrong with his coaching style. And by the way I know now who u are by ur complaint !!!!!!! And if that's only problem then why didn't u go talk to him about it.
I really hope that when they do get a new coach that he or she will have some help with my daughters that are coming up. There is one more thing that Trinity hasn't done is give the coach any real help with softball.

Maybe, but in Trinity it's a constant with the Teachers, Coaches, and the Superintendents. I do know for a fact that when Coach Stout came to Trinity the Softball team was nothing. He actually brought some respect to the program and the girls playing for him. He actually helped bring us our first playoff birth in Softball. Even the guys who play football for him love him and respect him. I ran into him at lunch today and there he was trying to help a student get a job and asking how their family was.. Trinity ISD I believe you are making a mistake. Good luck Shawn to you and your family. Great things will come to you and your family in result of this.

Oh, and also he is a Trinity graduate. This seems to be the norm with Trinity ISD.

It is a constant ? Have you seen all the coaching changes lately? You are blind. Football, basketball, volleyball, baseball.

Ok, here we go. It's time to take a stand against all these changes. Coach Stout along with the help of his players and their parents that have been involved in Trinity Softball have helped put the Softball Program on the right track. For the past 5 years he has had a different assistant coach every year. He has had 30 plus girls every year. He pushed to get the girls lights, better field conditions, equipment, and better facilities. He has been the only one to prep the fields for games, etc. He has even fought to allow the league girls to use the HS facilities bc it's the only decent softball field in Trinity. He was 2011 Coach of the year in the district. He has fought for our girls to get All Academic honors, All District honors, MVP honors and even All State honors. He has also been like a father to some of these girls. Now we want to get rid of him???? Trinity ISD is crazy! Year after Year teachers and coaches come and go bc of decisions the Trinity Administration makes and it causes these changes. And we wonder why most of the kids are having issues with grades, life, etc? Trinity it's time to take a stand. Whether you like Coach Stout or not. Take a Stand! Come to the next school board meeting and voice your concern. Let's keep Coach Stout here where he belongs!!!!!
