Trinity Independent School District superintendent Bobby Rice received a three-year extension on his employment contract and a five percent pay increase Monday after his annual evaluation.

Same ol' same ol'. Not much has changed since I left several years ago.
Start with the board. They're the ones that hire these superintendents.
Better hurry though. The state will close the district down before long.
