Sheriff's deputies searching for two missing Vallejo girls

Sometime after 7 p.m., Super Bowl Sunday became two Vallejo families' worst nightmare, when two young teenage girls went missing from a party, the girls' parents and a law enforcement official said Monday.

I saw the father of one the girls last night at a 7-11. He wanted to post a flyer for his missing daughter. The store would NOT let him.

7-11 should be ashamed.

I pray that they find them. Heartbreaking.

They should have issued an alert no matter what circumstances.

This would be great if the man who answered Mica's phone is really with her. The man claims he bought the phone from a guy. Likely story, I am sure he is her pimp. These girls are in grave danger, and we should keep praying.

Those abduction policies are stupid, they need to issue an amber alert. Regardless of what happened, this may help find them. Whoever they are with, will most likely not want to be caught with two amber alert girls.

Micah was in my son's class at Pennycook and they moved on to Springstowne together. When I told him she was missing he had this frightened look on his face. This affects everyone, more than predators will ever know.

I have a 12 year old daughter & I know that if she was at a party with a known runaway/prostitute I would be watching her like a hawk! Let alone leave my sight. This is a parents worst nightmare but I have to question the parents judgement.

Bradbud I understand how you feel. The reason why the police won't put the Amber Alert out is because these 2 girls were not supposedly kidnapped. Micah Gonzales has run away before according to the media. She also has a history of prostitution and knows the streets very well. I agree with you. Regardless the circumstances, any youngster is at dangerous, however that's the way the law works. Keep praying for these girls.

Just for clarification this is the Solano County Sheriffs jurisdiction and it is their case to run. Not the Police Departments.
