As a former MARINE he should be ashamed of himself. Marines are tought to adapt and overcome the distress (whatever it may be) there is never a good excuse to disrespect our flag or country. Myself and many others have fought for that flag and all of our freedoms. He should look harder for another way to protest, He is insulting all VETERANS. There must be another way. They should not even open another conversation about the liquor license until the flag is displayed properly. As a former MARINE myself, there is no circumstance that would cause me to do this!!

AMEN!!! A veteran that knows what the flag stands for. Its not to make a protest about a liquor license, find another way. The US Flag is more than a piece of cloth. I'm insulted a veteran would do something like this.
