He may have a point, however tenuous. What does his distress have to do with the flag? He can't get a liquor license? So, if I'm distressed because, oh I don't know, my shoelace broke, I can fly my flag upside down?

The kwops are increasingly violating the citizens Constitutional rights in their zeal to serve the powers that be for paycheck and pension. They should take note of what usually happens to those of such a mind after the revolution.
