I think that nottoway middle school is a place where students are violated, bullied, and ignored. The reason for these thoughts is because male students are being aggressive towards the female students both sexualy and physically abusing them. Students are also being bullied because the victim is to weak to defend themselves or because they are different. Teachers are also not taking diciplenary actions towards students. Students are being named by faculty for telling on other students making students scared to talking to the faculty about problems.

Is there another route you can go? No one should have to be bullied in school or made to feel that they are inferior. Perhaps you can form a group of students to stand against this. Bullying often leads to other trouble.

Most people are scared to be labeled a snitch and that is true. I am glad my daughter took her stand years ago, and she went to another school.
Do you have a PTA, what about the parents of the children that are bullied? Do they know?

Snitchin' is when a person does a crime and is to weak to stand up and take the punishment for what they have done. Pass the buck/so that someone else will do their time.you have to stand up for yourself and what you believe in, because if you don't no one else will. nobody has the right to touch you,or to make you feel threatened.Tell these kids that are afraid to stick up for themselves or you, maybe you just should choose better friends. Please, keep me up to date on this issue.if it dosn't get better there are other resources to resolve your problem.[non violent!}Keep you chin up!

I am with you xcrip, let them know that someone cares about them and that we are watching and listening. The kids need people to be friends to them and not tear them down.

I am so sorry to hear what you are going through. I work in a school system and I see kids being bullied everyday. And, I see teachers doing nothing about it. They either don't care or are afraid themselves. However, the principal should be able to help you WITHOUT giving your name to the kids that are doing the bullying. Have your parents go to the Superintendant at the school board and explain the situation to them. There are ways to handle this. It may get frustrating, but don't give up. Bullies or usually from abused families, spoiled families or just plain on wimps themselves. Whatever the reason, you should not be on the recieving end. It seems as though you have some support here, don't hesitate to turn to us any time you want to talk. o.k. You are better than they are, so keep your head up high.

Student I think you see that we do care about you, remember that and at least you can come here to talk about it. I think the teachers have probably a lot of the same fears. Not easy for you youngsters these days.

Its tough being aT your age in life.Just do the right thing.Nobody wants to be labeled as a snitch.Thats understandable. But I agree with just wondering.I feel you can nip it in the bud by telling someone thats in charge. If they are smart, which I'm sure they are,to have the job that they have, then they can help you.Just don't get yourself in any trouble.Remember one day you will be out of school dealing with these same individuals. You know what, though, you are doing right speaking up.There's no place for a bully, don't let them get to you.Good Luck!!

I was bullied in school by the elite crowd and it was not comfortable, but as ImAllAmerican said do not get yourself into trouble. They simply are not worth it. But let someone know that can help you and in the meantime, I think you see that we here know about this and we are pulling for you.
