I was very surprised to come across this on the web. Wanda...why are you so obsessed with this? I live in Blackstone and knew Donnie very well. His sister and I are very close. I find it odd that you want so much info on Tracy. Who are you? Is Wanda your real name?

I agree with you 100%. I would really like to know more about the victims. I'm tired of hearing about Tracy. If you would, tell me a little bit about Donnie and what he was like.

As for Wanda, no offense, but shouldn't you be doing something better with your time? Take my advice, she really isn't worth it. Neither is Mike. What do you really hope to accomplish here?

Donnie was always a very happy person. He had his share of problems, but he mostly hurt himself, he was very kind to others. Always joking and making people laugh. Loved kids, he was very close to his nices and nephews. He was Uncle Don Don. I never saw him without a smile on his face. When he was younger he was a very handsome man. Years of not taking care of himself took it's toll on his body but not his spirit. I miss him very much. In talking to a co-worker and very good friend of mine today I think Wanda is Mike's sister. If so I can understand her hurt, but regardless of what happens to Tracy it will not bring back the people we have lost. It will not change where Mike is, and it will not change her. She will get what's coming to her in the end. They always do.

Yes, my name is really Wanda and yes, I am Mike's sister, BUT I do not condone what happened and I am not trying to help Mike. Yes, I was in a lot of pain because of what happened. Both for the victims family and mine. If you look at the dates that I have written on here, most of them were prior to Tracy's trial. I wanted to be sure that she did not get away with Donnie's murder. I explained what I could about that in the posting under "getting away with murder". I am not obsessed with this. I wanted to help the Ryder family any way I could and when I found out certain things, I bent over backwards to be sure that the law would not let Tracy get away. I've known Donnie since I was 15 yrs old and loved him like an older brother. I will always love him. He was a great man and we thought the world of him. I know you are thinking that I am Mike's sister and I am trying to do what I can to help him. NO, I am not!!!! I wanted/want to help Donnie's family. When annonymous stated that shouldn't I do something better with my time? Trust me, I am a very busy person and have a lot of things to do with my time, but I took time out for a dear friend to be sure that the person who was really responsible for his death be brought to justice. One of them were, the other was not. Just to let you know, I have said things to the police down there that if I were put on the stand, would have been against my own brother.

Wanda, I apologize for the comment I made earlier. I'm just so PO'd at Tracy. And not to mention I'm tired of her getting so much attention, negative or otherwise. She doesn't care what kind of attention it is as long as the world revolves around her. I understand now what you are trying to do and I respect you for it. Please do whatever you can to keep Tracy where she belongs. It means a lot to me and my family that she never gets out. Another thing I would like to clear up, not everyone in Tracy's family is bad news. Three of her family members mean the world to me and I wanted you to know that. Do you ever feel that people treat you differently because you are Mike's sister? Since this whole thing got started, people look at me differently, too.

No I didn't think that at all. I was just shocked that someone was putting that much effort into it. When you lose someone you love you know how it is you think people have forgotten all about them. They just kinda fade away. I just wasn't making the connection as to who you were and it was a little freakie at first. I feel for EVERYONE who has been affected by this......the Ryder family and friends the Johnson family and friends, and the family and friends of both Mike and Tracy. It was a very selfish and senseless cold cruel act. I feel for Mike and Tracy. I can't imagine what it must be like to live the kind of life they have both lived. w how it is when someone dies you think people have forgotten all about them. They just kinda fade away. I just wasent making the connection as to who you were and it was a little freakie at first. I feel for EVERYONE who has been affected by this......the Ryder family and frineds the Johnson family and friends, and the family and friends of both Mike and Tracy.

ok i'm going to try to figure this out myself as to why the Benson name was even mentioned. Donnie does have a daughter name cheryl benson, that is the only reason the name benson should be mentioned. I am donnie's ex- wife, his only wife and we have a daughter together, cherie. i will post more later today.

Donnie was a good person,he had his faults just as we all have and do. He loved his grandchildren and he is greatly missed by them. I believe that if Tracey had come forward about things that had happened, both men might still be alive today, maybe she was scared, thats something only she knows and maybe one day she will come forward with the truth. I do however believe that her part was more than she potrayed it to be, but that is only my opinion. this family, both family's have been through enough with all this and it should be left alone, however as far as the Benson name, it played no part in the murder other than it was the last name of Donnie's only daughter.

Tracy was only afraid of getting caught and going to jail. As for your daughter, I'm sorry her name was brought up in all of this mess. You have to understand, Tracy is the type that will make you believe she is a good person, but behind the mask is someone radically different. For example, she told me she was going to school and making something of herself, but in reality she was getting high with the local scum and commiting all of these terrible crimes. She knew exactly what she was doing and it had nothing to do with helping anyone but herself. Tracy is where she belongs.

Tracy was not afraid of anyone. The fact that she came forward like she did was so she could pin it all on Michael and her get a slap on the wrist. Michael got what he deserved for his part, Tracy should have gotten the same. Tracy is mean and very manipulative and she can play the part of a victim very well. Michael tried to tell the police that Donnie was dead and offered to show them where the body was before Tracy did. But the law didn't want to hear it. Instead they said "Donnie is alive and well", "he just ran because he has a court date". Michael said "no, no, he is dead". I have written and signed copies of the statements with the law's signature. Tracy wanted to go move Donnie's remains while Michael was in jail. Now tell me this is someone who is afraid. The only thing she was afraid of, was being found out that she was more involved than what the law said.

Mrs.Benson, I am so sorry for what you, your daughter and grandchildren have been through. I met your daughter at the courthouse and hugged her and told her how sorry I am. I wanted so badly to tell her things. I wanted to speak to Shelly and explain things that I knew, but I wasn't allowed. And, I didn't know how. My heart goes out to them and always will. I will respect your wishes along with the rest of the Ryder family and leave this alone. I just wanted people to know the truth about Tracy's involvement since the law wasn't decent enough to do so.

I wish your family well and I keep you all in my prayers everyday. As well as Donnie. He was a good friend and brother to me and the rest of my family. I will never forget the day that he saved my life.

Wow, very interesting. I had a phone call yesterday telling me that Ricky Williams still lived in Crewe and I also found out that Donnie's daughters last name is Benson. I guess maybe this person thought Donnie's last name was Benson? I'm doing a lot of digging. There is evidence out there that proves Tracy was more involved in Donnie' murder than she testified to. But no one in Nottoway wants to go retrieve it. It proves that Donnie was murdered somewhere else and that Tracy hid evidence. The evidence she gave the police is not the real stuff.
I actually know the victim Donnie Ryder on a personal level and Tracey Reeves case very well. First of all donnie's daugher Sherry benson got her mothers name instead of donnies, but that is his daughter. Her mother is named Debbie Benson and was with Donnie at one time. A lot of yalls information is incorrect some of the names are correct but thats it. Reeves was involved in the murders more than yall think!!!!!!!!!!start talking about stuff yall no about
