Oldham County Man Arrested for Trafficking Heroin

An Oldham County man was arrested Sunday evening after Troopers from KSP Post 5 discovered he was in possession of eight ounces of heroin.

With you considering yourself to be so honorable, I would think you probably have had a chance or two to help a troubled teen before it got this far. the day that the law abiding citizen open there blind as- eyes and see where this is coming from and we the ppl can stop it .,.,., look at the high up elected office ppl ,,,,, when a drug dealer reach in his trunk , cloest , back seat or breif case and pull out 30,000 dollars and split it between 6 officer what the f??k do yo think this officers is going to do " YES " YOU ARE RIGHT STICK IN IN THEIR POCKET THAT IS WHY WE THE AMERICA PPL WILL NEVER STOP IT ,,,,,, it goes as high as the mayors , d a and judges and don't forget it is your best friend that you think you know real good .....

What the hell does that have to do with a bunch of spoiled little brats who's tree hugging parents wouldn't bust their ass when they needed it? You can't be their BFF's you have to be there parents! The drug dealers are just taking advantage of the opportunity. If they didn't have such willing customers they wouldn't be a problem.

Its scary that heroin is becoming a problem now, flashback to the 70's. I heard a report on NPR recently that heroin arrests are on the rise and 2/3 of the heroin arrests in Kentucky were in the northern part of the state. Its a shame that our youth get so caught up in drugs that they ruin their lives before they even become adults.

Also fyi this young man is not from one of the "rich oldham county" families. He's basically a regular kid with the same problems a lot of kids have these days: divorced parents, poor choices, and a distorted since of what it means to be a success.

Lagrange resident! Are you from oldham county? I moved there for abouT A YEAR AND LET ME TELL YOU I HAVE THREE TEENS! i Know crazy, anyway the kids at Oldham County took all my kids in as there own. They were respectful. One of my sons got to quarterback for the JV and he was new. I had a great experience there with the teens. TheY hung out at my house quite a bit. I dont think it is fair judging them all so strictly
