How is it that a company can have 19 complaints with the Better Business Bureau, file Chapter 7 bankruptcy in November 2009, be fined by the State of Illinois Dept of Professional Regulation AND STILL OPERATE UNDER THE SAME NAME WITHOUT SKIPPING A BEAT?

Zlog, wouldn't you consider American Auctioneers a SEEDY Business?
Not Mr. Govon, He thinks any Business in Crest Hill is a Great Business. Please don't give your opinion of this business, Mr. Govan will be offended.

ALL AMERICAN AUCTIONEERS - Ron Ciaglia prop.- OPERATING WITH A SUSPENDED LICENSE (5/5/10 - 12/31/10)
It turns out that Ronald Ciaglia's ILDPR license number 440000659 was suspended on May 5, 2010 until 12/31/10. According to the state, a suspension means "Professionals whose licenses have been suspended cannot practice during the period of suspension. The term of suspension can range from one day to indefinite. In many instances, the period of suspension is followed by probation."

He took thousands of dollars worth of my personal furniture and he knew I desparately needed the $$ hence why would I sell. He gets 30% of what it sells for and sells is for cheap. To date only recv'd $1,300 some odd dollars for about $11,000 in furniture. The furniture was only 3 years old!!! Plus, I have not rec'vd any more money, my other items have disappeared(sold> Ron won't even return my calls and hangs up when he hears my voice. DO NOT USE he should go to jail for theft, fined, made to pay restitution to all unpaid clients and placed in jail. Anyone for a class action lawsuit????

Get it back...take the Sheriffs office there and demand. Hopefully you have all he has in writing so he cannot play stupid...like "what are your talking about?" He will tell you he is working on your account but like myself he won't return your calls you will get no money unless you stalk hime,so you would have to be lucky enough to catch him at the office on Weber in Cresthill. I am reporting him to Amy Madigans office.. Hopefully he and his partners will never do this to others. Times are hard. These guys are Bas????ds. Tell everyone you can so they don't become victims.

sorry about the spelling errors. I just get mad thinking about the money I've lost and my only recourse would be taking him to Civil Court. As you know, even if you win in small court he does not have to pay you, that is very unusual, he will recv a period of time to pay and if not you would have to take him to court again and this he shows up. Soo,,, get your stuff back ASAP!

if you win in court then with your judgement you can get any tax refunds, and place a lien on his home and that would hurt because his wifey Poo is a realtor..

Hope you go get him

Can't believe this guy is still in business!!! He took beautiful furniture, rugs, collectibles from my ill elderly parents and we never saw a dime!!! He claimed that he never picked up anything. There is a God and he will get his just rewards. I reported him to the State's Attorney's office over four years ago. What good did that do? He is still in business. Don't do any business with him including buying from him.
