Juan Pinto (bac .221) was almost as drunk as Lockport cop Stapinski (bac .223).

I'm very sorry for the loss of your mother but RIGHT now we are grieving over our loss and by bringing up insignificant comparisions such as Russian Roulette doesn't help ANYTHNIG. Yes drinking and driving is bad, we all learn that as kids but can you honestly tell me you have never drank 1 beer after work or at dinner with friends and drove home? No one knows the exact amount of alcohol drank that night and even their bartender stated that she only served them 1 beer each, and she was the only one serving them! NO one knows what happened or the details of that night minus the 4 people that are no longer here with us. This is one of the worst experiences my family and I have gone through...so please don't assume you know what my cousin Juan did or did not do that night.
well now you know 3 times the legal limit you gonna defend that

It is a shame and a loss whenever anyone dies, no one should be talking bad about people who have died no matter who they were or what they have done in their life. They are the one's who have to answer to who ever it is they answer to in the after life. It is not our right to judge, unless you want to lay out everything you have ever done in your life and let the masses judge you as well. They are no longer here to defend themselves and it should just be left alone.

no sympathy for anyone who drives a vehicle drunk 1 or 2 beers this was not a irresponsible adult who is responsible for the deaths of 3 other men he is.

What? The news reports stated that the toxicology reports indicated a .221 alcohol level. Where are you getting your information from?

Some people have trouble with accepting reality and that the driver was responsible for his own death and killing his friends by driving drunk. They try to create alternate solutions for the reality they choose not accept - he had a heart attack - Toyota is to blame - someone was chasing them. Instead of trying to shift blame or fault, I hope their family and friends with take some of their time, sense of loss, honoring the memory these people or what ever they need to use to turn their efforts to help raise even more awareness as to the devastating consequences to drunk driving.

they were not out at 2 am singing church songs ask the owner of halftime if he has his tapes from the night before around 8pm if so you will see them there of course its terrible for his kids and family but driving drunk he did it to himself and 3 others. there is no!! excuse for drunk driving of course the drivers wife is upset by what is being said sure because her husband could very well be responsible for the deaths of 3 men on the otherside those 3 grown men knew what they were getting into they made that choice to get in the car and took that risk. maybe they were chased by another car if so why didnt they call the police for help. and alot of his friends at the service claim no way juan would have let anyone drive his car and i know juan enought to know i would believe his friends over anyone else. and if he is so nice why is he starting a fight in a bowling alley that is why they were thrown out and left the others knew he was intoxicated thats why they called for another ride. why did they call for another ride because they knew he wasnt giving up his keys!! hide the website from your kids.im sure its easier than hiding the fact he was a gangbanger. sorry about the time 130 am

Officials said they thought alcohol was NOT a factor in the accident. They automatically take blood samples from the driver in fatalities. If the driver was drunk, they would have known that. The one you saw in the bar then was obviously not the driver. The driver probably was the "designated driver".
Fact is the reports were out today. The friver, Juan Pinto was nearly 3X the legal limit and the car was estimated to have been traveling between 59 and 69 mph.

Wow really you need to learn how to read, did I say any where that I KNEW if they were drinking or Not? Umm I don't think so!! So, before you start spurting off at the mouth you better re-read what people type!! I still stand by what I said that someone should have been a DD and since they didn't do that, the blame is on all of them and not just Juan!! I can't believe you people, talking so much bad about the dead, they made a mistake and it cost them their lives, it's not like they took anyone else with them!! You all need to get a clue and I hope to god that nothing like this happens to anyone of you spewing your hate, if the table was turned you all would be singing a differnt tune!! Karma is a bitch so be careful what you say!!!

Wow are you really that much of an ass that you feel better about proving yourself even if that meant 4 deaths of GREAT MEN? You really don't know sh*t regardless of what the reports show we the family know what kind of men they were in their HEARTS and souls. Juan, my cousin, was a great friend and family member and would never have wanted this outcome, especially since his little cousin Adolfo, and best friends were in the car with him! So for the record YES I WILL DEFEND HIM TILL THE DAY I DIE bc that what family does and they were all MEN that chose to get in the car that night by WILL! Also, know that they tried to get rides home and do the responsible thing but unfortuanatley some other immature, stupid men tried picking a fight, one which my cousins and friends WALKED AWAY FROM, and were subsecuently left without options when they got kicked out of the bar along with the other men. Yes this is a tragic ACCIDENT regardless what was the cause or who/what is to blame, right now we are all grieving and by you feeling some kind of pride that you were 1/2 right about something that you know NOTHING ABOUT doesn't help anything but your EGO... probably the only thing that is feeling BIG right about now! So please shut your mouth, thanks!

Trust me ass I use my head every day to think about my dead loved ones, my HEAD can't stop thinking even though I wish it could!! I know what the reports say, I saw them before they came out to the public, and either way this is still an accident regardless if it was caused by drinking or not! No one in their right mind would want an outcome like this on purpose, bc if that were the case then it truly would NOT be an accident... so how about you use your head and learn to just shut the f-up when it comes to things that A- don't concern you and B- something you can't relate to. PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES, IT'S PART OF HUMAN NATURE NO ONE IS PERFECT AND IF YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND THAT THEN YOU MUST BE GOD WALKING ON EARTH TO HAVE NEVER MADE 1 MISTAKE!

I do feel bad that young people died. But you've got to understand one fact-and accident is something that cannot be avoided. Drunk driving CAN be avoided simply by not getting behind the wheel. It was a choice-the wrong one. It's not a mistake when you know you shouldn't drink and drive. That should be drummed in every child's head when they are old enough to learn it. Stop blaming everything and anything. The fault lies with the drunk driver. Plain and simple. Sadly it won't bring them back, but be responsible and learn from this and never do it yourself. No one will ever get hurt that way.

So an "accident" is any time that any undesireable outcome happens, huh? That has to be the most assinine thing I've ever heard. You can tell yourself whatever you like to make yourself feel better about what happened. But THIS WAS NO ACCIDENT!!!! This was a case of someone's irresponsibility costing several people their lives. He CHOSE to get in that car at 3X the legal limit - knowing FULL WELL what the potential consequences could be. The pain that you're experiencing now is one of those consequences - he left his surviving family and friends to pay the price in grief.

My mother didn't lose her life in an "accident", she lost her life because some irresponsible, drunken shit-wit didn't give a rat's ass about anyone but himself (so yes,*I* can relate!). As long as you keep trying to cast him as a pure and blameless "victim" in all of this, the longer it's going to take for you to truly heal and move on with your life.
