go out to the light at the west end (tigers den) turn left on the trail, then go about 3/4 to a mile then turn right, go down to the end and park,
get out and walk up to the dam (upper not lower)
and run your mouth.

the fact is there are black panthers native to the USA, if there is one there in minersville, it should be added to the sightings list.
If it is a hazard then the animal should be hunted and destroyed.
a public service announcemnet should be made to the people to alert them of the danger.
NOT telling the public is more dangerous, because someone will get killed while out hiking, camping, or walking and not knowing the animal is there.
its better to tell the public, and let them take precautions.

I have not seen a black panther in the City BUT I have seen human douchbag dressed in black in the Yorkville area. Does that count? Both should be hunted and eliminated before cars are scratched.. pool liners torn.. trees uprooted.. and whatnot.

first- the colonels window was smashed and the glass walked in and dragged right into the neighbors house.(no arrests)
then- the same neighbor threatens everyone in the block with an ak-47 (no arrests)
then- a pipe bomb placed on the rear of a vehicle
again by the same neighbor and again (NO arrest)
