Thompson arraignment delayed a 5th time

A Merced County Superior Court judge on Thursday held off Robert Daniel Thompson's arraignment on double murder charges for a fifth time, but cautioned Thompson the trial would go forward Nov.

Check this out everyone, there is an important factor you all seem to be forgetting about Robert Thompson is still innocent. Until the prosecution prooves otherwise. And there are a few surprises when they attempt to do that. The public is convinced of the mans guilt without giving him the oppertunity to show that he is innocent. Give the man a chance. He is still innocent. And if justice he will remain that. I know that them poor little girls died in vain but pay close attention, Robert Thompson is not the killer. That is the truth. I will never stop believing in Mr. T!!! He is my friend and I have faith that he is innocent. I have been looking up articles on the internet, and I am so sorry for his family. People have gone as far as taking pictures of his home and commenting on what his yard looks like. Such disrespect that it makes me cry. Somebody opened up an old can of worms if you ask me, and I know in the long end Bobby will come out on top. There is no way that this man committed such a crime. I agree with Lolo 209 smash crew, washington, DC; Robert Thompson is not the killer. That is the truth. You will all see. I've known Bobby T for a couple of years now and I know this man is a good man and a loving father. The law and the media are totally overlooking the facts and only pressing the issue of his involvement with the MC club he rides with. If you know for a fact, then why haven't you come forward with some evidence to prove his guilt?(Jhn 8:7 So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.) i myself dont need proof, and expose myself lol im not stupid-but i know i can sleep at night knowing one day bobby will answer to his maker(God)for what he has done as we all will you might know bobby now and he might be a good man now but i knew him then and he wasent good idk maybe he changed, but that doesent change who he was, or what he did, when his trial is all over and the dna test come out, think about what i said and be careful who u get to know cause fact is u may not know them at all

Well "from down the street", just to let you know, he's set to get out of jail in june or july because they have no evidence. No dna either. It's sad that the police and the investagaters have given the poor parents and loved ones false hopes of closure when there is none. My heart goes out to all the loved ones of those girls but the one that may have done it may just be the boyfriend who killed himself 20 years ago.

If he's still locked up in Merced would that be reflected on the Megan's law database? Which still shows him listed at 1111 MCNAMARA in Crescent City.
