Watseka City Police ,States Attorney and Judges are Worthless

They all pretend to care about the people of the community and their best interest .But when it all comes down to the truth they don't because when your back is turned they set and talk shit about you thinking you won't hear about it .None the less our local police spend more time in the gas stations drinking coffee or at local fast food resterants drive threws eating than out catching the criminals and such in the act .Than when you call them to your home about a problem you get to hear a line of shit they can't do anything its a civil matter or they have to see them doing it before they can arrest the person .Why do we have these people working for us if they aren't going to do their jobs wasting tax payers money ? Far as the ladies that work in the states attorney's office they are rude as hell and act like it kills them that you come to talk to the states attorney or his assistant .The Judges they don't give people Orders of Protections when they should but yet when people end up severly injuried or dead you get to hear how they wish their was more they could of done more for you .What a crock of shit they all pass the buck because they don't want to deal with the problems that are out their in our community . They let drug dealers and users out to repeat the same shit until they are caught again give them another slap on the hand unless they are black or Mexican than they get sent off big time if your white you get to walk free with a slap on the hand .People can blow your property up and steal from you damage your property and walk free to repeat the crime .Judge Lustfeldt shouldn't be a judge after what his wife did but because she was a Judges wife she got a slap on the hand and a job at mental health .If you ask me its who you are to as if you get any justice in this hell hole of a town .Than they wonder why people get pist off at them .Judge Kinzers bailiff they need to get rid of Dan's rude old ass he talks to people like shit threatens to have them put in jail just because he has his tin badge on his chest .When people are suppose to appear before the judge for their case when its called he doesn't let them go before the judge even when your name is on the case so nothing gets solved like it could if you was heard by the judge .Our Cops can have sex with people in public places but you don't hear of them going to jail for it hell no the chief of police tries to hide it from the public that his oficiers did something they shouldn't have and got caught with their pants down anyone else they woiuld be in jail and their names onm the front page of the local newspaper .Our Chief of Police is a joke he likes to make excuses for his and his officiers fuck ups .Our investigator Josh King hmm he's on divorce #3 and can't seem to be in the office to answer peoples questions or even return calls after you leave several messages for him .I use to like living hear in Watseka but I hate it now if I could afford to move out of this town believe me I would be gone real fast they would never see me hear again not even to visit .Check out the court website JUDICI.com

Look at Carlos Houlmes they gave him 20 years becuz he was black and our police didn't like him nore did the judges .I've seen many Mexicans get treated like crap ove r small things like traffic ticket .I agree he should of got some time but not that much he has children .So inbreed know what your talking about before you open your mouth .

a friend of mine got 22 years for making meth. in federal court. he was a great guy that always worked hard and had his shit together, but had an addiction problem when he turned 50, so now his life is over. thats not fair either. a couple years and drug rehab and i think hed have been fine. but instead the feds had to take the rest of his life from him. i dont think he even had a record before that. and he was white.

Okay, look...I feel that anyone who deals drugs needs to be given severe consequences for their actions. It doesn't matter if they are black, white, purple, green. Color doesn't matter.

As for Mr. Holmes - I believe he got exactly what he deserved. There are 23 records for that man in the judicial system ranging from DUI compounded with drugs, theft/ burglary, resisting arrest, 5 are felony records, several misdemeanors and traffic tickets. I'm sorry but this is a habitual offender who is not likely to learn his lesson off of just a couple of years in jail.

His family has my condolences, but not because he is gone for an extended period of time, but because they will now have to live off the system. There are positives to this story....his children will not see such blatant disrespect for the law, and perhaps will grow up as respectful citizens. Perhaps they will learn the value of working for a dollar instead of stealing it, and maybe they will live a long prosperous life without killing themselves with a drug habit.

Simply put, drugs should not be tolerated in our town regardless of race. Our police force has an obligation to keep us safe from anyone who disregards the law. If you don't break it, you don't have to do the time for it. Lesson learned??

Working on your education so you'll make a qualified candidate for any of the positions you feel are being filled by unworthy persons?

Why get on a ballot, if you get elected or not, you will be controlled by our community leaders. Just because your the majority does not mean you will win, look at the Park. New City Building built by the new park. I like out Judges, and really you do too, that is until they rule against you.

It is time for a change. The current sheriff’s administration has been in power for too long. As with any elected administration, after time complacency sets in. Friends and family members are given sweet heart jobs. Perfect example, the under sheriff position. With this small of a department, why do we need an under sheriff?

I am not saying that a new administration will not become complacent, nor am I saying that patronage jobs will not be given out, after time they will, it is human nature.

What I am saying is that if we vote some new blood in, initially we will see positive change.

As far as actual law enforcement, some individuals that commit crimes are let off due to the good ole boy buddy system. This needs to stop.

I have heard talk of time keeping irregularities, abuse of county vehicles, and personal business being conducted on county time.

All of the items above cost us as tax payers a significant amount of money.

I am fed up. That having been said, I am voting Sukel for Sherriff. I have read some of his interviews and listened to interviews on the radio. Sukel may not be the magic cure for the county but I feel there will be change for the better. I like the fact that he is relatively new to the area and not indoctrinated into the "Good Ole Boy Buddy System".

The current administration needs to go, including a few in the court clerk’s office as well as some county board members.
