Damn! The wheels of justice turn slowly. Now, she wants to be declared insane. Well, with three lawyers she sure has the money to do it....and the pull. So, it gives her six to twelve months to play around with the system then probably she'll get extensions. The Abbeville paper got it wrong. Said she was arrested when she performed two batteries on the teacher and trespassed. Wrong, the police didn't arrest her, just filed a report. Only after shooting at the state trooper later that day was she arrested for that incident.
I pray that she is finally incarcerated for her criminal acts and not just gets to go to a treatment center.

after all the stuff she had done and got away with, how can they now say she is insane? i didnt know insane people planned ahead. for instance sleeping, taking videos and pics of almost all the public officals. r should i say the ones she knew she would need laTter on in life to get her out of trouble. then to top that she promised franks kids she would give them their stuff that was at their dads & never did. in fact what she didnt give away she was selling at a garage sale. then lie to the judge and say all the stuff was gone. its funny one of the trucks and a motercycle is in vpso impound yard. putting her in thr nut house would jus teach her more thing to do to get away with murder... oh i mean more stunts.

And once again it saddens the majority who think it is a travesty that this woman actually has a fan club. Since she can do no wrong in some of your eyes, I presume you are all members of the TM cult. Lets hope you all decide to make a suicide pack. Well, for one thing so many people have written that TB has put her business out in public and her married life was no different. the fights they had were mostly in public. everyone heard when they fought cause she likes to holler instead of talk.
as for real names...who would be stupid enough to put their real name when there is no law that can protect them from any kind of harassment that will come to them for doing what is free to them...freedom of speech. And if they can't get to you they will use your children to get to you. That is first hand experience and not gossip. there are lots of people that like this place because they can get their frustrations and fear out and not have to worry about the break ins to their house of the damage to their cars or the bullsh** that will happen to their kids!
