If you are a creole then you are part black and part white. French people are catagorized as white or caucasion. Since you are part black you are
considered a negro ar as I am sure you would like to refer to it as african american.
And what are you? The race police? I don't need your permission or anyone else's to identify my race as Creole, which is is? You know nothing of my family tree or where my family is from but my culture and my appearance is that of a creole woman. So I call myself Louisiana Creole, which I am.

And for the record, I'm part French, Black, Native Anerican, and Latino--But my cultural and regional race identity has always been Creole. I am mixed with many races but I don't single one out and claim it. And the mixing has taken place many generations ago so I think we have been around long enough for people to know who we are. People need to stop pretending to be brand new and get with the program. Stop all the hating!!!

Old Numchuck! Using big words in your vocabulary does not make you look intelligent. Going around asking for someone to piss in your face is just down right nasty. DumbAzz!

Nationality is not based upon the color of your skin. Not all black people come from Uganda, and not all oriental people come from China. What color are you if you come from the country of South Africa? Have you ever heard of Alexandre Dumas? Probably not or you wouldn’t have made such an ignorant remark about the French. Not all Frenchmen are white.

The Cajuns from Nova Scotia who landed in South Louisiana are considered white, DUMBASS.

I am not hating. I am stating the truth. A creole is considered black or african-american. You don't have to single out one race, it's already done for you.

Yes, you are a Louisiana creole and you do have BLACK blood in you. You are also considered black or african-american. Sorry, that's just the way it is. I am a cajun, part French and White, thus I am considered WHITE or CAUCASION.

Bitch please! You are no authority on race. You're one of those types that think all Asians are from China and all Latin people are automatically Mexican. Stfu with your ignorance! Maybe you should read a book instead of posting your dumb ass opinion.
At least I know what the difference between a negro, creole, and a caucasion is.

As I wrote in a previous post, those who belong to a particular race has already been decided for you. When you fill out a job application you check either, african-american or black, caucasion
or white, asian, natiave american, pacific islander or other.
I guess you would consider yourself an other, since you seem to resent the fact that you are considered a negro.

Truth, you say "At least I know what the difference between a negro, creole, and a caucasion is."???
Obviously you do not. Creole has nothing to do with race. "Cajuns" (a mispronunciation by English speakers, btw), in all technicality, are "Creole" as well. Race has not one thing to do with the word, except by those who misuse it.
Books, I find, are a secret holding place for knowledge. You should consider looking at them.

Wrong, a cajun has no black in him. A cajun has white and French blood in him, which makes his color WHITE.

Another dumbass remark. Everyone knows that creoles have white and black blood in them. This is why they are called creoles or molattas. The word "cajun" comes from the word Acadian, which refers to Acadiana, the province of Canada where the Acadians were forced out of because of their Catholic religion. Obviously you know nothing about Louisiana history which at one time was taught in the eighth grade. I took Louisiana history at East Natchitoches Jr. High.

Yes, everyone is quite sure they're white, until it's time to collect some government grant funding and they have to meet the criteria of being something other than white.

I guess this applies to your momma wanting to claim a native american tribe to get some the tribes assets from Casino funding or free scholarships to school. Yes I'm native American too and it's funny how many whites want to be native. It would shock you.
When it comes to money and this place, NOTHING shocks me.

Think about it! Why would a person say they're awesome? It makes no sense unless your not awesome. Just saying. Bragging on something that's another person opinion is pointless. Why not let this thread go away? It doesn't mean you have to go away. Seems some issues are under the surface!

I did read the entire thread. You also made some comments in an open forum that are one sided. So no one is innocent on either side. Hopefully, your a adult and trading blows are good when it's one on one but has no place in an open forum.

To say a Creole is of the Black race is not malicious, it simply is the truth.
