Honestly..these critters are an in-between size..not like a minnow..ya can fry up and pop in your mouth. Not like a lobster..that takes skill using those crunch the shell wrenches..these critters..take forever to eat..crunch the outer layer, pick carefully the meat out..WITH tweezers..THEY are a FREAKIN' pain to eat..finally after an hour..Congrats..You have eaten ONE!!

Too funny. Come down to Louisiana and we'll show you how eat them. FYI, when planning a crawfish boil, one needs to prepare five pounds of crawfish for each person attending. Some will eat less, some will eat more, and the short time required to put them away would surprise you. Tweezers? LOL. Next you'll probably tell us Rainbow Trout taste better than Catfish.

I absolutely love crawfish but I would love to know how to cook them up-- your way. It's hard to find any catfish that isn't from China. Some day I would love to have some real genuine Lousiana style food. It is Cajun-am I right?

Plenty of catfish here. Grab a pole and catch them. The people here in Louisiana know how to fry them. Don't believe me? Try it. DAMN! I'm hungry.
