It seems that, Heidi was making fun of anothers religion?

Is public mockery of someones religion a hate crime? I believe it is.

Just legalize! It is a plant "God" put here, it has medical purposes that help people.
And to all the people who say they are against it is full of bologna because if it were legal you as do i would smoke everyday.
LDS people are against it but how many lds people look at porn and drink some type of caffeine.

When I want some half wit fool to perform a study that says whatever I want it to say I’ll drop you a line. Till then we get to deal with both drunks and now stoners behind the wheel. Both are impaired. We just need a better working definition.
DWI needs to include a measurable, definable level of THC in the blood that renders one Too “Impaired” to drive. They idea that THC does no such thing fails the smell test of anyone who has done it as an adult.
Go get just as fried as you want. Just don’t toke and drive.
normaly when I want a half wit telling me facts I read a government report. That being said I agree that some measurable limit needs to be determined, however someone who smoked a joint two days ago will still have THC in their blood. As long as someone can pass a field sobriety test they should be let go. People should be safe and know their limits. The side of heavy prescription medications say not to drive of operate machinery until you know the effects they will have on you. The same should be applied to cannabis. When used responsibly by adults it is a safer recreational drug than alcohol. Maybe thats the point, the states likes busting people for D.U.I.

actually there is no proven way to test drivers for smoking pot. there are two ways that they would test if your impaired. one is the roadside test, the other is checking your pulse several times to see if your heartbeat is irregular. but police can't PROVE beyond a reasonable doubt that your high. its not like they have a breathalyzer for pot.
You can blow HALF the legal limit or even zeros and if you fail the roadside the police can site you w/ a DUI.

Jesus was almost certainly a cannabis user and an early proponent of the medicinal properties of the drug, according to a study of scriptural texts published this month. The study suggests that Jesus and his disciples used the drug to carry out miraculous healings.
The anointing oil used by Jesus and his disciples contained an ingredient called kaneh-bosem which has since been identified as cannabis extract, according to an article by Chris Bennett in the drugs magazine, High Times, entitled Was Jesus a Stoner? The incense used by Jesus in ceremonies also contained a cannabis extract, suggests Mr Bennett, who quotes scholars to back his claims.

I will be anxiously searching for this evidence, as I also feel, as a natural healer, that this medicine has valuable properties for us to use. I have always believed that all herbs, minerals and such were put here for us to use RESPONSIBLY, and as long as we do this it will be a blessing ...
Love that they (archaeologists) have "busted" the oldest stash in the world to date ... proving the material (thought to be coriander at the time) to be cannabis. I knew it was when I saw those HUGE tiger-striped seeds!!! Had to be a
"Kush" strain, if I'm not mistaken ...

I have found much relief from the use of MMJ over the past few months. Previously I had migraines that would send me straight to bed and my only options were synthetic medications that would inevitably lead to an opiate hangover. Now because of my licence, I have more options including ingesting the medication in tincture form rather than harming my lungs by smoking. Regardless of whether the anchors believe that MMJ is valid or not, I find it terribly rude they way the laugh whenever they comment on it. I understand the idea of a pot ministry is different from MMJ but it is still in the same vein. Calling the document "funny" and then laughing as you pass it around is a gross violation of a reporters duty to remain neutral while reporting facts. To top it off this station is not the only one to giggle like stoned teens when the word marijuana comes up. Please take your responsibilities seriously and report without bias, smirks, or giggles.

I don't know why TV stations and reporters always have to slant the news instead of reporting it. In this case the writing in the opening paragraph clearly demonstrates a bias against the entire pot-smoking idea.

Just face up to the fact that some people want to smoke marijuana for whatever reason like others drink wine or scotch. I am not a user, by the way, but it seems silly that a drug like this that has far, far fewer documented untoward effects than liquor should be denied to people who want to use it--especially if it helps fight chronic pain.

Many of these reporters are the same folks who are regular binge drinkers and who probably drive drunk on a weekly basis. Hypocrites. Give me a break.
