question Bloomingdale, IL	#3 Sep 7, 2008 And all this new development, is being financed by WHOM?? Speedway taxes will do what? And will the "blighted" homeowners be paid the fair amount for their homes on 10th street? Should they ask a realtor appraiser to come out NOW, to prevent lowering the price of their homes before all this "beautification" takes place? Reply » Report Abuse Judge it!
