Seriously though, this town needs some kind of a change the cops are pricks who write tickets over any damn thing, if your going 33 in a 30 thats $115.00 ticket.. this town is ridiculous and something needs to change nobody likes living here anymore

I'm just saying they gave a man a ticket for doing 3 mph over the speed limit.. thats just ridiculous, and yea one was dismissed cause their was no case cause cherry went to highway patrol... And noise ordinance really? the officer wasnt even in uniform didnt have his badge or anything on so how could that even be right?

A policeman does not have to have his uniform on to arrest or write someone a ticket.
For instance, if someone was robbing you and an off duty police officer drove by and saw what was happening, would you want him to go on by just because he had on shorts?

This is monterey not compton how many ppl ahe you heard of getting held up in this town? Not many so i believe we can throw that idea out the window.. all i'm sayign is the cops around here are on a power trip not all of them some of them are cool ppl just some take it way to far... o yea and by the way he had on a white t shirt ball shorts and crocs

Look you guys...We do need police protection that will give us law and order in Monterey...We appreciate the police in this town. We do need more prescription drug busts, meth busts, marijuana busts, cocaine busts, and other drug related crimes.. just don't write speeding tickets for 3 mph over. Drugs is a bigger problem in Monterey than speeding.

Dang mayor has nothing to say about monterey authorities trying to pin that arson on bimbo when they knew good and well he didnt do it..Sorry if i 'm making you a little mad lol, but honestly this town used to be a good place to live now if you drop your hat in town your ass is getting a ticket, and thats ridiculous nobody wants to live in a place were it feels like a prison.. Something needs to change in the offices in town..
