R.I. Prison Inmate gets Liver Transplant
Wayne Gonsalves has been on the organ transplant waiting list for 3 years. The Providence man was diagnosed in 2008 with liver disease and has been hoping for a new one ever since.

My father died waiting for a liver in April and a prisoner gets one free and I and every other tax payer gets to pay for it. When I had no food for my kids four years ago, I tried to get help through the state and I was denied because I owned my car. The system is so flawed and it's ridiculous.

Absolutely Not! I dont want to pay for any criminals transplan operation,criminals should not b elgiable for organ transplant to many non criminals need and deserve it.
