As the state recognizes marriages from other jurisdictions, it seems not only silly but self defeating to make citizens travel to a state next door to get married.

They are only losing the money and jobs those opposed to equality claim is their excuse for not addressing marriage equality. This demonstrates their motivation for not passing equality is prejudice, not attention to jobs and revenue.
