NJ SNAP Program

The news on TV today Thurday Nov. 8 stated that if your power was out for more than 5 days due to Hurricane Sandy, people would be eligible for $300.00 relief through the NJ SNAP program. I looked on the SNAP website but didn't find any information. Can anyone help find information about this? Alot of people in Kenilworth would be eligible for this and certainly could use that money to buy replacement food for what they had to throw away because of no power.
