REUTERS - The bestowal of one of the world's top accolades on a president less than nine months in office, who has yet to score a major foreign policy success, was greeted with gasps of astonishment from journalists at the announcement in Oslo.

Obama said he felt humbled and unworthy of being counted in the company of the "transformative figures" of history who had won the prize.

Anyone remember Irena Sendler, the Polish Roman Catholic nurse and social worker who smuggled thousands of Jewish children to safety from the Warsaw Ghetto?

Her failed 2007 nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize created quite a stir, particularly in light who took the honor instead. That's right, Sendler lost out to Al Gore and his often erroneous and exaggerated PowerPoint slideshow.

A manipulative move with the intention of neutering Obama and American power.
A conciliatory kudos to motivate and encourage Obama to continue on a path to destroy, emasculate and make America impotent.
An intent to manipulate Obama's ego to the detriment of America.
To influence ( negatively ) foreign and domestic policy. A brilliant play ( ploy ) by The Noble Committee. And marionette man-child dancing on a string. "Their" strings.
And junior entirely clueless to the ruse.
Blind, ball-less bastard.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Capricorn

A certain person is strong-willed with the Full Moon in your emotional house of others. It's a lunar eclipse too, so this could lead to some ructions in which everyone becomes firmly entrenched in their own opinions and refuses to acknowledge anyone else's point of view. Get the arguments out of the way early on, so you can then concentrate on having a really enjoyable New Year's Eve.
