I'm sure there were medical tests and pathology reports prior to the passing of Mr. St.John that confirmed he had Mesotheilioma which is caused by Asbestos as well as what type of Asbestos it was.To stop the burial was an attempt by Chrysler to discourage the family of their lawsuit..I really feel for this family..No one should have to bury a loved one twice!

Saint, you are exactly right..Harold St. John was my relative. He did in fact provide enough tissue sample to prove his case about a year ago. I am so disgusted that chrysler crashed his funeral and stopped the burial.

This is an OUTRAGEOUS act by Chrysler!!
The results of this case may touch all of us for this case may set presedence in a very dismal future in NJ. Can it be that Big Business will be able to stop burials or exhume bodies for all lawsuits against them moving forward?? I've been following this story - Chrysler had the tissue samples already. This is just Crysler flexing their muscle to scare the family. Is Chryslter that afraid of parting with some of their precious money they received from the Government's Stimulus money? I hope the family doesn't back down from this bully!!
