You are a moron for thinking teachers should not be drug tested. I know of two at cowen grade school that smokes pot. And one of the two uses pain pills without a prescription.

I agree!!! I wouldn't want my kids being taught by a druggie!! And those teachers could easily sell to the kids or get them started if they were corrupted enough. When I was in high school, I knew of a teacher who was selling drugs to kids at Webster high school even though I went to Nicholas. If you're dumb enough to let your kid be taught by a druggie, then maybe someone should look into you!!

That's when the parenting part on your end should come in and teach your kids right for wrong, don't balm it on anyone else! And I noticed neither of you responded to my comment about home schooling, maybe some truth there?!

If you're a parent, you should know that sometimes, kids don't always listen and they rebel. We can't control that. And as for homeschooling, while that may solve that issue, it can cause kids to become antisocial and not get all the proper education sometimes.

I should not have to home school my child to keep them from druggie teachers, teachers should be randomly drug tested. My tax dollars support our school system, if i home school my child i still have to pay those taxes, i would rather pay more taxes and see that all teachers are drug tested on a regular basis.

If a person, no matter what the profession, has nothing to hide he/she will not oppose a drug test.

I oppose it because it is a violation of the US Constitution. Maybe you should move to China.

You certainly do have a right to your opinion. Just as when you opinion directly contradicts the US Constitution I have a right to point that out. Think about your statement for a minute. Does anyone who refuses to have their person or home searched have something to hide? If so why did the founding fathers add it to the Constitution? I guess they had something to hide when creating this great nation.

According to your reasoning the police should be able to search anyone or anything at anytime with no probable cause or a warrant, right?
