4 face charges in theft of copper

Obviously the four that had stolen the copper needed the money. But noooooo, as far as the state boys or locals are concerned " we got the bad guy's and let them go away for good". as far as that hostage an weapons charge thing that went on over there. Does anyone know the real motive behind the whole deal. I bet they do and when it comes down to it they just don't care. A man two kids, desperate, lost and questions unanswered.
