Environmentalists trying to block a planned hotel in the environmentally sensitive Pine Bush got a half-a-loaf ruling from the state's highest court: They won a right to sue that could help environmental groups statewide, but lost the challenge that the city failed to address the environmental impact of the hotel.

This is one of the reasons were becoming a second world nation.

The Eco-terrorist and liberals are destroying this country.

You can't drill for gas or oil,no wind or solar farms[Eco-nuts,there awesome until you try and put one in...NIMBY].

Hotels,new factories,new wells or new renewable energy farms... they are God awful and a danger to the environment.

What EXACTLY is A- "environmentally sensitive" area?

Answer..any new type of development!!!
