Slightly off tpoic, but I did notice the family name Goode. I'm looking for an old friend of mine that I haven't seen since the early 90s by the name of Sheila Goode. I believe this was her married name, and that she might have since divorced. She worked at the Kentucky Veterans Center and had aspirations of being a country music singer. After leaving the KVC, she worked as a home health aide. She was a very nice young woman at that time, and would probably be in her late 30s now. Her family moved from Junction City to Danville around that time. Does anyone out three know her, or could tell me what ever became of her?

I wish I could help you out, PL. I did date the woman you are asking about in the early 90s, but have since lost touch with her. I remember her as being a very attractive young mother, just divorced from her husband, with a very sweet disposition. For the life of me I can't remember her maiden name, either. Apparently, she wasn't used to men being nice to her, because after taking her and her child to the circus, and giving her a signed book as a present, she accused me of trying to "buy" her love, and disappeared. It would be nice to know what she's done with her life--hopefully not marrying another abusive or deadbeat man!

Paula Sharp as word has it she divorced her husband to be CLOSER to her best friends husband, an atty in stanford. Sure hope the atty's wife has picked up on this by now. Cant recall her maiden name but she works as a teachers aid in the lincoln school system. That kind of stuff is just sick especially since she is a grown woman but hey maybe its a mid life crisis!!
