It is really terrible to know that Sam is also in the SC Army National Guard. How can he protect his country when he is trying to sleep with our children. Also how can he still continue to be in the National Guard and work at Mcentire Air National Guard Base.

I cannot believe that Sam is a South Carolina Army National Guard Soldier. How can he protect our country when he is trying to sleep with our children. Also how can he continue to have a federal job and be in the Guard with this on his record. I wonder do the Guard have a waiver for this.

It's been seven years since the Jason Cook's brutal murder and the murderer still has not been brought to trial. Solicitor Barbara Morgan knows who killed him, but since he's black and his parents live in West Columbia, no trial date has ever been set. The USC-Aiken student's dead body was shot and dumped on an Aiken County dirt road. Channel 19 news covered this case last week and aired the story interviewing both Jason's parents and the 2nd Judical Solicitor who is continuing to sit on this case.

Because the "Innocent until proven guilty" part of the constitution says he can. I'm not defending him, but if they can't boot someone like him until he's convicted, at least we know that part of the constitution is still in working order. Even if it is for someone as sick as him.

In Aiken County it took over two years to serve an arrest warrant against Thomas Briard in April 2008 for criminal sexual conduct with a minor and lewd act x 2 after a magistrate signed the warrants in September 2006 for allegations received about an incident that happened on December 12, 2005. The Aiken County Sheriff's Office didn't even serve the warrant, it was served by the SC Highway Patrol during a stop where he was also charged for DUI.
