THE BEES HAVE BEEN SO BAD THIS SEASON. I HAVE CREWS THAT CUT GRASS OVER THE STATE AND MY WORKER HAVE BEEN TEELING ME HOW BAD THEY ARE. WATCH OUT IF YOU PICK UP ANY BOARDS OR PLYWOOD THEY ALSO MAKE NEST UNDER THINGS WHEN YOU PICK UP THE BOARDS THEY GO WILD. AND WHEN A MOWER RUNS OVER THEM THEY GO EVEN MADDER. I AM SO SORRY THIS HAPPEN TO THIS FAMILY.

They literally followed me stinging me on my face and neck. Relentless, nasty little creatures, and lethal to those allergic to bee stings and the like.

People have no concept of how dangerous any venomous sting can be. If you have ever had any reaction to a sting, please ask your doc for a script for a bee sting kit. I keep one in several places due to my response. Bees can kill in less than 5 minutes. Do not count on EMS as they cannot arrive on time.
My heart goes out to this family.

You are absoutely right. This is why I treat people the way I do. Anyone can judge me but I will answer to a higher court and I do not ever want someone to say she treated me like dirt and did not even know me. As for the spouse, what did you do? LOL just kidding!

I am also allergic to yellow jackets and bees. They terrify me. Years ago I had a weight bench in my back yard and I was out there cutting the grass and moved the bench. All of a sudden it was like a cloud of wasps and I ran so fast I didn't even open the gate, I jumped right over it. Thank God I wasn't allergic to those kind. People with allergic reactions to these type of bugs really need to be careful. My prayers and thoughts are with the family.

Did not do anything this time. It is just that the older I get , the more I appreciate my wife. When you past the stage where you shake the sheets every night, you realize that there is so much more to your wife and your mind has a way of reminding you that there were times when you were younger that you could have been kinder. BTW, AMEN on the higher court.

My heart goes out to this man's family for his unfortunate passing. If you know that you are allergic to bees or yellowjackets, be sure to keep your epi-pen within reach at all times. Be sure, too, that it is not expired and is in good working order. Needs to be replaced regulalrly. It's a hassle, I know, but could end up saving your life.

My condolences to his family and friends . I have gotten stung twice in the last week . I think it must have something to do with hot,dry weather. They are mean scoundrels right now. One flew up my shorts leg while I was on our porch and the other was in the grass by our barn and got me on the foot . I am thankful all I get is a little stinging for a while .

BTW, AMEN on the higher court. Sorry again. Had to go to work. Even at my age I have learned that there is more to a relationship than "shaking the sheets" You see my boyfriend who will be 50 this year has had 4 heart attacks. He has Lupus and before he was diagnosed 5 years ago he did not know that heat could not live or work in extreme heat. He lived in Florida and worked driving bulldozers, and backhoes on construction sites. Well this lead to his heart attacks and of course they thought it was inherited. When we got together that is when he found out. So the whole time we have been together we have known that he could pass on at anytime.
