jen,

You obviously have not seen the "Hyde" side of Carmen. She staying up there to collect a check and for no other reason. If she had a job lined out she'd be gone in a second. Defend her all you want, she's evil. Be thankful you never saw that side of her. Speaking the truth and bluntly doesn't make you a loser. I'm far from it.

Okay, we could probably come up with a whole bunch of people that we thought were a part of this mess. Ultimately what has happened here is that a greedy, dishonest man put dim-witted architects and engineers in charge and used a corrupt bank.

I'm taking this opportunity to learn my lesson and do my own background checks PRIOR to finding another place of employment and now I have something to look out for in case something like this would happen again.

By the way Jen, I don't think we have a shot in hell in getting our money even if they raised the quota requested by BOK. Workman is too greedy and will take it for himself.

To be accurate, he left two previous marriages and two biological children (myself included) because of his "assistant."
I am not entirely sure of the legal issues involved in this situation with BSW, so I cannot confirm or deny that he is a criminal.
He is, however, entirely morally bankrupt, sans conscience, a narcissistic opportunist of of the highest order, and it is more than likely that any opinions you and your fellow employees maintain about his character on a personal level are based on a minimal amount of the actual lexicon of garbage and lies that his legacy represents.
If this does not put our situation into perspective, nothing will. Fortunately I will never again have sit through one of BS Workman's stump speeches about the next grand thing coming down the pipe line. No more crocodile tears or having to listen to how he loved the people. No more rants about how we don't want to back him in a corner. With any luck someday we will see our check. But how must this individual feel? My deepest apologizes.
Don't get me wrong Bob...If our paths cross in a public setting, I fully intend on embarrassing you in front of any individual within earshot.
To the rest of you, quit turning on each other. This is the work of one man. If he had the gall to read this stuff, and I believe he does, He is loving every minute of you guys squabbling. Why is there not a push for a class action lawsuit? Please comment on here if you are in favor of it and I would be more than happy to lead the charge. Let hit this guy in his heart...in mean pocket book. By the way, you have to e-mail Bob and ask for your check before you can file with the Oklahoma Department of Labor.

If you could file suit against BSW and Bob Workman at no expense to you, would you? Would you if it meant the BSW and Bob Workman would end up in bankruptcy? Is there anyone willing and capable of organizing ALL of the unpaid employees to participate? Just a thought not a commitment.

How do we know who "helper" is. This could be Bob himself.

Well, it looks like I sucked the air out of the room with comment #132. Please don't be afraid of me, I am not Bob Workman. I have been victimized by Workman, just like you. I watched the creditors of BOX stand by and do nothing while they were cheated out of tens of thousands of dollars (if not hundreds of thousands). I would like to see this group of unpaid ex-employees stand up for themselves. If you take action maybe you will inspire the unpaid ex-consultants and ex-suppliers to take action. There has been much anger expressed on this blog but this has resulted in little or no action, as far as I can tell. I am considering paying for all of the legal expenses to allow you to file suit and protect your rights. But lawsuits are serious business, not for the faint of heart. So, I am posing the serious questions. If a lawsuit is filed it should name both BSW and Bob Workman as the responsible parties. This suit will most likely lead to bankruptcy for both. I want to be certain the ex-employees have the stomach for this and won't get cold feet when they realize the result of their actions. I am not interested in tracking down all of the ex-employees, so I want to be certain that one of you has the ability and willingness to do this (I need a volunteer). I will pay the legal expense, you will receive 100% of any recovery, I want nothing but the satisfaction of seeing BSW and Workman held accountable. I will be meeting with my attorney, a specialist in creditor's rights, today or tomorrow. If he is agreeable and the probable cost is acceptable to me, I want to be able to get this done very quickly. So now is the time to step up, do you want to complain to each other on this web site or do you want to take action to defend you rights? Inability to pay legal fees is no longer an obstacle. Fish or cut bait!
It is not necessary that you know my identity. It is important the you understand that there are trustworthy people in the world who are doing good things for others. I hope this will open the door for you to trust others again. I'll be watching this blog to see if you are interested. Please decide quickly and tell the others.

You need to gather a COMPLETE list of the unpaid ex-employees with contact information, confirm (if you can) that they are agreeable to file suit against both BSW and Bob Workman, and that bankruptcy of both is an acceptable outcome. Bankruptcy is the only way you can be certain the ALL of the assets have been liquidated in an attempt to satisfy ALL of the liabilities since the decisions are made by a bankruptcy judge. The judge will also examine any suspicious transfers of assets in anticipation of this event. I will let you know what I discover from talking to my attorney.
Thanks for volunteering to help.

I don't think you'll have any trouble finding people willing to jump on the bandwagon and sue bob and BSW. As long as it's legit that is. Keep us informed other wise people are joining little bands to sue

I'm happy to help as well but I don't think it needs to happen on this site. Somehow we need to communicate outside of this bitch blog.

Jen,
It's very unwise to expose yourself online. What's written can be held against you and I wouldn't put anything against Workman at this point. I don't blame anyone for not posting their name. People want to speak their minds about Workman and his classless endeavors. If he logged on here (I'm sure he does) and read what everyone said and knew who they were, do you think he'd really want to pay them the money he lawfully owes them? He's a greedy b***ard and just looking for an excuse not to pay someone even though I do not believe he has any intentions of paying anyway. I think his own son or daughter put it best,
He is, however, entirely morally bankrupt, sans conscience, a narcissistic opportunist of of the highest order,
As far as Carmen goes, if the shoe fits. I've also seen her rough side. I tend to agree with ex-employee, she can be very evil and self-centered.

I will join that list in a heartbeat. i will send my contact info to the yahoo site. as far as the person who made the comment about the staff of arch. and eng. unless you know those people first hand and what they did on a daily basis, you shouldn't speak... if only closed minds came with closed mouths.

I worked at BSW for ten years and never did trust Mr. Workman. Never did know Mr.B, but i did like Mr. Sober. Several times Mr. Workman had meetings about lay-off rumors and how they weren't true, only to get back to our desk and learn you were being laid-off. I feel sorry those who lost their jobs it ain't no fun, but believe me there is life after BSW. That place really gave me a bad taste about corporate America.

"ouch", please remember, we are gathering information at this point, in preparation to act. The decision to act is based on what we discovered. We need agreement from most of the ex-employees, agreement from the proper attorney and a cost that is acceptable to me. Please do not lead everyone to believe that we know the answers to these questions at this time, we are discovering the answers. I hope we will know the answers by the end of the day tomorrow.

I think we all need to stop complaining and arguing with one another and standup like grown Men & Women for what is rightfully ours. I understand complaining on this site helps to relieve some of the frustrations we have over this whole situation (I am guilty as well). But the real reason everyone is upset is because they did not get paid and complaining will do nothing about collecting that debt. So send your name and contact information to pay_us_bob@yahoo.com and get the ball rolling on collecting what is rightfully YOURS so you can move on with the rest of your life. Do not be affraid to get involved, you do not have to commit to anything when you send your name, you can just say you are interested in learning more about what is planned. This will at least allow this individual to get a list of names and contact numbers for those that are interested in collecting on this debt and allow the process to move forward. It is your right as a tax paying American to get what is rightfully owed to you. I promise you if you do not do anything about this you will regret being stepped on later in your life. So don't wait, standup today and start the process of collecting what is rightfully yours!
Spread the word about this initiative to everyone you know that is owed their last paychecks.

"ouch", I am getting off to a bad start. It seems that half of the attorneys in town have conflict. I meet tomorrow afternoon with my regular attorney and will have a report then. Are you having any success with locating the unpaid ex-employees?
