Stimpson used to work at a day care in Frayser with his mother, Frances Ballard. Remember? She was the 1st person charged in Memphis for molesting type issues with kids at day cares. Guess what, Jeffrey worked there. Yep. The kids drew pictures of him dressed in women's clothing. He never went to jail, maybe was never charged, but, if you don't believe me, google it. The kids drew those pics of Jeffrey in thigh highs for a reason.

Hey Raoul,

Stop acting like trash. That was a big deal in the area but there are no way those allegations were true. It was obvious some serious brainwashing was going on which happens a lot in those types of cases.

As far as attorneys go, my question is who has won the big cases in Tipton County and that is people like Whitaker, Gordan, and to a lesser degree Deslauriers (Though he is an ambulance chaser and a half) Stimpson is okay but takes entirely too long on cases. Has he ever had a case that didn't last well over a year? Barney Witherington is a great criminal attorney and someone to consider but for my money T.D.Forrester is the guy. The others I am not familiar enough with.

The problem with Tipton County is many of the attorneys have been here forever and more or less are uninterested in winning for their clients. Heck, I have seen them all go to lunch together more than once and overheard cases being discussed. What all of you need to realize is it is a business. They don't care if you are guilty or innocent. They don't give a crap about you and don't ever forget that.

The problem I have is how so many hold clients hostage. You go in and get charged an insane high retainer fee and they tell you what they are going to do for you, it is the way they hook you in. Once you pay a retainer, never think your case is going to make it to court just because you shelled out a couple of grand or more. There is no money in it for them. They are going to drag it out with many cases going on over a year if not years, and I am even talking some divorce cases. The court system doesn't care and neither do the attorneys. Many of them expect the average working joe to come up with a couple of thousand dollars of money they don't have and then once the money is gone they either want to settle quickly (they didn't seem to care about that before) or will drop the client claiming they refuse to pay. Do your research on the attorneys in this county and you will see how the game is played.

When I lived in the area, I always heard great things about Beth Ziarko. She seems to win a lot of cases and that is the bottom line.

Daily Horoscope for December 5

Leo

Your sunny temperament has returned, dear Leo, as the Sun and Venus dance in Sagittarius and the marvellous Moon shines in your sign. Whatever the day has to offer, it should bring you some pleasure and laughter, so arrange something nice if you don't have anything planned. Your power to charm is considerable right now and it will make you a big hit with whoever gets the full force of it. But don't give someone the come-on if you don't mean it.
