THERE IS NO FORGIVING SOMEONE THAT HAS TAKEN ANOTHERS LIFE BECAUSE HE COULD NOT CONTROL HIS ALCOHOLIC AND DRUG HABITS! MAY KILROY ROT IN HELL!!!!

Easy, partner. Mr. Wershbale decided that wearing a seatbelt was beneath him. He was either stupid or someone who was solidly convinced that the government ain't gonna tell him what to do. When the car crashed, he was ejected from it and killed. He is dead because he did not take proper precautions. It is his own fault.

We have a house in St. Tammany and live there part-time, but we also live part-time in Germany. After having driven for 25 years on the German highways with no speed limit, my rule is "get in the car, put the seatbelt on".

Like your comment and can tell you from personal knowledge that seatbelts do in fact work.
Just trust me when I say a belt on does improve your chances for surviving a accident.

Incidentally, another guy got killed in St. Tammany Parish either that night or a day later, driving his pickup truck off the road and into a tree. He was also not wearing a seatbelt.
