"Make no mistake. Our messages is simple. No Matter what you drive... if we catch you driving impaired we will arrest you. No exceptions. No excuses," said West Covina police Sgt Dennis Patton in a written statement.

If you don't have insurance, registration, or license stay off the streets..

Okay, so this was a written statement. Did Sgt Dennis Patton REALLY not proofread his statement, or did the Tribune once again butcher a sentence?

The police should be tested for steroid abuse as well. Cops hopped up on 'roids are just as big a safety and health hazard to America as drunk drivers.

Best spots would be on Hacienda just north of the La Puente border or Badillo just east of the Baldwin Park border.

It would be nice if they checked for insurance too! It is the LAW to have to insure your vehicle but it is not inforced so those of us who respect and follow the law have to pay more for un-insured motorest insurance! The only time some people get insurance is for the DMV and then they drop it as quickly as possable before they have to pay one single premiume.
