A Post-Storm Letter From the Tolland Town Manager's Office
Town Manager Steven Werbner issued the following letter to Tolland residents on Tuesday: I want to thank all residents for your patience during this most recent historic storm.

After the bashing of CL&P in previous storms I think that the state and town should be ashamed. Only two feet of snow which is nothing, no school, state employees staying home, what a nation of wimps.
