Very well said!!! I agree with every word of it. But I must add a little to what you wrote...I am so thankful for good doctor's and meds that help heal you or your loved ones, for God who is the GREAT HEALER and to the troops and Vets that have fought and are fighting for us! I am thankful for my family and great friends and to you, In The Know, for starting this great thread!

I agree with everything that 'In the Know','Elf','local yokel', and 'sSs' has said!!!!! I am thankful for my family and friends...I really do have the BEST family and friends that anyone could ask for. Like above, I am thankful for a Merciful God that looks past all of my faults, thankful for the military that fight daily to allow me the freedom to do stuff, such as post on Topix!!! And I also want to add a prayer for our government leaders. I am also thankful for the many roads that God has sent me down and the mistakes that HE has allowed me to make, for the forgiveness that I have received from Him when I made those mistakes. For the many blessings that I have received, and continue to receive, from Him. For blessing me with love and compassion for the human race.
