I don't think so !!! Why do people that move into this little town from other places think they can just come in and want to take over and change the rules of a town. These people want to have Chickens in town. They don't want them near their house but want to put them near other peoples houses. Is that because they don't want to smell them or listen to them cluck. Hum !!! Something wrong with that picture. I say if they want chickens or rabbits or pheasants, they should have bought a farm. What do you think?

As the concerned citizen above stated this is a little town and with little towns comes the concept that every move others in that little town make can be regulated under town rules. It amazes me that these people purchased land in this little town, pay taxes, keep their lawns up but are still considered outsiders that should not have any say. The people that are complaining the most were given their house and have dogs and cats that make noise and defecate in other lots in town. I guess I would rather see pened chickens than dog poop out of my lawn.
