Studio Tour showcases Whidbey artists
A free, self-guided tour of art studios from Greenbank to Oak Harbor will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 23 and 24, with an opening reception from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Historic Crockett Barn in Coupeville.
The summer art studio tour is presented by the members of Whidbey Working Artists and will feature 25 artists in 19 locations. Their works include paintings, fabric art, pottery, photography, jewelry, metal sculpture and mixed media. Visitors can see many of the artists at work in their own space and view the techniques of their art.

It was great. Whidbey Island artists do good work. I especially liked Al Tennnant's stuff.
